Previously, the scriptlets that add 'cephadm' were converted. But the
ones for 'ceph' were missed. Let's rename the older sysusers file that
adds 'cephadm' to 'cephadm.conf', and add a new file 'ceph.conf' for
the -common subpackage.
The end state in F42+ must be that all files are under /usr/bin as reported in
%files. (Then filesystem.rpm takes care of making either /usr/sbin a symlink or
providing individual symlinks under /usr/sbin.) Since %_sbindir is defined as
/usr/bin, the same as %_bindir, there is no need to replace instances of
%_sbindir in the spec file. In fact, to avoid churn and make it easier to
retain compatibility with older branches, we kept %_sbindir use in most
packages. After F41 and older stop being supported, we might clean that up and
use %_bindir everywhere, but it's just a cosmetic issue.
Right now, the use of %{_exec_prefix}/sbin/ hardcodes the path to the wrong
value and prevents the merge from being finalized.

use the %{cmake} %global to get all the extra Fedora cmake options.
(This is Fedora, so don't care so much about rhel/rhel7 cmake3.)
reset epoch to 1. Note we use (have been using) epoch=1 in Fedora since
forever. I presume this is so that people can install Ceph RPMs from
ceph.com if they prefer those, which use epoch=2, and not run into issues
when updating.

None of currently supported distributions need that.
Last one was EL5 which is EOL for a while.

Previous committer didn't notice this block is split between
SUSE and Fedora, and the effect of his change was to completely
remove Fedora's build dependency on rdma.
The ceph-devel and python-ceph packages were split out, but there were
no version numbers added to the Obsoletes during the split.
This means that we obsolete packages that are far newer than us. This
impacts packages coming from upstream's "gitbuilder" system (for
example), as well as any other upstream RPMs until this package split is
done upstream.
Add version numbers to the Obsoletes. I've chosen to use a
version+release number that's lower than what we currently ship in
Fedora (0.87-1), but newer than what we shipped in the last Fedora
update (0.80.6-1).
- Perform a hardened build
- Use git-formatted patches
- Add patch for pthreads rwlock unlock problem
- Do not remove conf files on uninstall
- Remove the cleanup function, it is only necessary for f20 and f21
