Fixes gcc '-Wunused-but-set-variable' warning:

'offset' is never used since introduction in
commit d0d564a1ca ("IB/hfi1: Add functions to receive TID RDMA READ request")

'fspsn' is never used since introduciotn in
commit 9e93e967f7 ("IB/hfi1: Add a function to receive TID RDMA ACK packet")

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
