Li RongQing 25843c2b21 mm: memcontrol: fix documentation for compound parameter
Commit f627c2f537 ("memcg: adjust to support new THP refcounting")
adds a compound parameter for several functions, and change one as
compound for mem_cgroup_move_account but it does not change the
comments.

Li RongQing 17408d785a mm: memcontrol: remove BUG_ON in uncharge_list
When calling uncharge_list, if a page is transparent huge we don't need
to BUG_ON about non-transparent huge, since nobody should be able to see
the page at this stage and this page cannot be raced against with a THP
split.

This check became unneeded after 0a31bc97c8 ("mm: memcontrol: rewrite
uncharge API").

Li RongQing 48406ef897 mm/memcontrol.c: remove the useless parameter for mc_handle_swap_pte
It seems like this parameter has never been used since being introduced
by 90254a6583 ("memcg: clean up move charge"). Not a big deal because
I assume the function would get inlined into the caller anyway but why
not get rid of it.

Li RongQing cbedbac3e6 mm/memcontrol.c: fix the margin computation in mem_cgroup_margin()
mem_cgroup_margin() might return (memory.limit - memory_count) when the
memsw.limit is in excess. This doesn't happen usually because we do not
allow excess on hard limits and (memory.limit <= memsw.limit), but
__GFP_NOFAIL charges can force the charge and cause the excess when no
memory is really swappable (swap is full or no anonymous memory is
left).

it can be fixed by enlarging the all_zeros_mac to 8 byte, although it is
harmless; eth_hash() will be called in other place with the memory which
is larger and equal to 8 byte.

Li RongQing 26fb342c73 ipconfig: send Client-identifier in DHCP requests
A dhcp server may provide parameters to a client from a pool of IP
addresses and using a shared rootfs, or provide a specific set of
parameters for a specific client, usually using the MAC address to
identify each client individually. The dhcp protocol also specifies
a client-id field which can be used to determine the correct
parameters to supply when no MAC address is available. There is
currently no way to tell the kernel to supply a specific client-id,
only the userspace dhcp clients support this feature, but this can
not be used when the network is needed before userspace is available
such as when the root filesystem is on NFS.

This patch is to be able to do something like "ip=dhcp,client_id_type,
client_id_value", as a kernel parameter to enable the kernel to
identify itself to the server.

Li RongQing 8faf491e64 xfrm: optimise to search the inexact policy list
The policies are organized into list by priority ascent of policy,
so it is unnecessary to continue to loop the policy if the priority
of current looped police is larger than or equal priority which is
from the policy_bydst list.

This allows to match policy with ~0U priority in inexact list too.

This reverts commit a923207637.

It introduced a dead lock, and did not fix anything.

it made netif_tx_lock() be called in IRQ context, but in softirq context,
the same lock is locked without disabling IRQ. In fact, the commit a923207637
did not fix anything, since netif_stop_queue did not free the any resource

Li RongQing ac3d2e5a9e ipv6: remove obsolete comment in ip6_append_data()
After 11878b40e[net-timestamp: SOCK_RAW and PING timestamping], this comment
becomes obsolete since the codes check not only UDP socket, but also RAW sock;
and the codes are clear, not need the comments

Li RongQing ee9a33b263 cxgb4: Not need to hold the adap_rcu_lock lock when read adap_rcu_list
cxgb4_netdev maybe lead to dead lock, since it uses a spin lock, and be called
in both thread and softirq context, but not disable BH, the lockdep report is
below; In fact, cxgb4_netdev only reads adap_rcu_list with RCU protection, so
not need to hold spin lock again.

Li RongQing 24f5b855e1 ipv6: always set the new created dst's from in ip6_rt_copy
ip6_rt_copy only sets dst.from if ort has flag RTF_ADDRCONF and RTF_DEFAULT.
but the prefix routes which did get installed by hand locally can have an
expiration, and no any flag combination which can ensure a potential from
does never expire, so we should always set the new created dst's from.

This also fixes the new created dst is always expired since the ort, which
is created by RA, maybe has RTF_EXPIRES and RTF_ADDRCONF, but no RTF_DEFAULT.

Li RongQing bb65a9cb95 xfrm: removes a superfluous check and add a statistic
Remove the check if x->km.state equal to XFRM_STATE_VALID in
xfrm_state_check_expire(), which will be done before call
xfrm_state_check_expire().

add a LINUX_MIB_XFRMOUTSTATEINVALID statistic to record the
outbound error due to invalid xfrm state.

Li RongQing a4477c4ddb ipv6: remove rt6i_peer_genid from rt6_info and its handler
6431cbc25f(Create a mechanism for upward inetpeer propagation into routes)
introduces these codes, but this mechanism is never enabled since
rt6i_peer_genid always is zero whether it is not assigned or assigned by
rt6_peer_genid(). After 5943634fc5 (ipv4: Maintain redirect and PMTU info
in struct rtable again), the ipv4 related codes of this mechanism has been
removed, I think we maybe able to remove them now.

Li RongQing 14edd87dc6 ipv6: Set default hoplimit as zero.
Commit a02e4b7dae4551(Demark default hoplimit as zero) only changes the
hoplimit checking condition and default value in ip6_dst_hoplimit, not
zeros all hoplimit default value.

Keep the zeroing ip6_template_metrics[RTAX_HOPLIMIT - 1] to force it as
const, cause as a37e6e344910(net: force dst_default_metrics to const
section)

Li RongQing 3fd91fb358 ipv6: recursive check rt->dst.from when call rt6_check_expired
If dst cache dst_a copies from dst_b, and dst_b copies from dst_c, check
if dst_a is expired or not, we should not end with dst_a->dst.from, dst_b,
we should check dst_c.

RongQing.Li 2bd4082776 MIPS: CMP/SMTC: Fix tc_id calculation
Currently the tc_id code is:

  (read_c0_tcbind() >> TCBIND_CURTC_SHIFT) & TCBIND_CURTC;

After processing this becomes:

  (read_c0_tcbind() >> 21) & ((0xff) << 21)

But it should be:

  (read_c0_tcbind() & ((0xff)<< 21)) >> 21
