IORT revision C introduced a mapping entry binding to describe ITS
device ID mapping for SMMUv3 MSI interrupts.
Enable the single mapping flag (ie that is used by SMMUv3 component for
its special index mappings) for the SMMUv3 node in the IORT mapping API
and add IORT code to handle special index mapping entry for the SMMUv3
IORT nodes to enable their MSI interrupts. In case the ACPICA for
SMMUv3 device ID mapping is not ready, use the ACPICA version as a guard
for function iort_get_id_mapping_index().

IORT revision C introduced SMMUv3 and PMCG MSI support by adding
specific mapping entries in the SMMUv3/PMCG subtables to retrieve
the device ID and the ITS group it maps to for a given SMMUv3/PMCG
IORT node.
Introduce a mapping function (ie iort_get_id_mapping_index()), that
for a given IORT node looks up if an ITS specific ID mapping entry
exists and if so retrieve the corresponding mapping index in the IORT
node mapping array.
Since an ITS specific index mapping can be present for an IORT
node that is not a leaf node (eg SMMUv3 - to describe its own
ITS device ID) special handling is required for two steps mapping
cases such as PCI/NamedComponent--->SMMUv3--->ITS because the SMMUv3
ITS specific index mapping entry should be skipped to prevent the
IORT API from considering the mapping entry as a regular mapping one.
If we take the following IORT topology example:
|----------------------|
| Root Complex Node |
|----------------------|
| map entry[x] |
|----------------------|
| id value |
| output_reference |
|---|------------------|
|
| |----------------------|
|-->| SMMUv3 |
|----------------------|
| SMMUv3 dev ID |
| mapping index 0 |
|----------------------|
| map entry[0] |
|----------------------|
| id value |
| output_reference-----------> ITS 1 (SMMU MSI domain)
|----------------------|
| map entry[1] |
|----------------------|
| id value |
| output_reference-----------> ITS 2 (PCI MSI domain)
|----------------------|
where the SMMUv3 ITS specific mapping entry is index 0 and it
represents the SMMUv3 ITS specific index mapping entry (describing its
own ITS device ID), we need to skip that mapping entry while carrying
out the Root Complex Node regular mappings to prevent erroneous
translations.
Reuse the iort_get_id_mapping_index() function to detect the ITS
specific mapping index for a specific IORT node and skip it in the IORT
mapping API (ie iort_node_map_id()) loop to prevent considering it a
normal PCI/Named Component ID mapping entry.

Current IORT code provides a function (ie iort_get_fwnode())
which looks up a struct fwnode_handle pointer through a
struct acpi_iort_node pointer for SMMU components but it
lacks a function that implements the reverse look-up, namely
struct fwnode_handle* -> struct acpi_iort_node*.
Devices that are not IORT named components cannot be retrieved through
their associated IORT named component scan interface because they just
are not represented in the ACPI namespace; the reverse look-up is
therefore required for all platform devices that represent IORT nodes
(eg SMMUs) so that the struct acpi_iort_node* can be retrieved from the
struct device->fwnode pointer.

This is wrong on D05 as we have 8 ITSs with 4 NUMA nodes.
So dynamically alloc the memory needed instead of using
its_srat_maps[MAX_NUMNODES], which count the number of

then build the mapping of numa node to ITS ID. Of course,
its_srat_maps will be freed after ITS probing because

With the preparation of platform msi support and interrupt producer
in commit d44fa3d460 ("ACPI: Add support for ResourceSource/IRQ
domain mapping"), we can add mbigen ACPI support now.
Now that the major framework changes are ready, we just need to add
the ACPI probe code which creates the irqdomain for devices connecting
to it.
In order to create the irqdomain, we need to know the number of hw
irqs as input which is provided by mbigen. In DT case, we are using
"num-pins" property to describe it, and we will take advantage of
that too using _DSD in ACPI as there is no standard way of describe
it in ACPI way, also according to the _DSD rule described in
Documentation/acpi/DSD-properties-rules.txt, it doesn't break
the rules.
The DSDT is represented as below:
For mbigen,
Device(MBI0) {
Name(_HID, "HISI0152")
Name(_UID, Zero)
Name(_CRS, ResourceTemplate() {
Memory32Fixed(ReadWrite, 0xa0080000, 0x10000)
})
Name(_DSD, Package () {
ToUUID("daffd814-6eba-4d8c-8a91-bc9bbf4aa301"),
Package () {
Package () {"num-pins", 378}
}
})
}
For devices,
Device(SAS0) {
Name(_HID, "HISIxxxx")
Name(_UID, Zero)
Name(_CRS, ResourceTemplate() {
Memory32Fixed(ReadWrite, 0xb0030000, 0x10000)
Interrupt(ResourceConsumer,..., "\_SB.MBI0") {12, ...}
})
}
So for the devices connected to the mbigen, as we clearly say that
it refers to a specific interrupt controller (mbigen), we can get
the virq from mbigen's irqdomain once it's created successfully.

The irqdomain creation that is carried out in:
platform_msi_create_device_domain()
relies on the fwnode_handle interrupt controller token to associate the
interrupt controller with a specific irqdomain. Current code relies on
the OF layer to retrieve a fwnode_handle for the device representing the
interrupt controller from its device->of_node pointer. This makes
platform_msi_create_device_domain() DT specific whilst it really is not
because after the merge of commit f94277af03 ("of/platform: Initialise
dev->fwnode appropriately") the fwnode_handle can easily be retrieved
from the dev->fwnode pointer in a firmware agnostic way.
Update platform_msi_create_device_domain() to retrieve the interrupt
controller fwnode_handle from the dev->fwnode pointer so that it can
be used seamlessly in ACPI and DT systems.

By allowing platform MSI domain to be created on ACPI platforms,
a platform device MSI domain can be set-up when it is probed.
In order to do that, the MSI domain the platform device connects
to should be retrieved, so the iort_get_platform_device_domain() is
introduced to retrieve the domain from the IORT kernel layer.
With the domain retrieved, we need a proper way to set the
domain to platform device.
Given that some platform devices (irqchips) require the MSI irqdomain
to be their interrupt parent domain, the MSI irqdomain should be
determined before platform device is probed but after the platform
device is allocated which means that the code setting up the MSI
irqdomain, ie acpi_configure_pmsi_domain() should be called in
acpi_platform_notify() (that is triggered after adding a device but
before the respective driver is probed) for the platform MSI domain
code set-up path to work properly.

To retrieve dev id for IORT named components nodes there are
two steps involved (second is optional):
(1) Retrieve the initial id (this may well provide the final mapping)
(2) Map the id (optional if (1) represents the map type we need), this
is needed for use cases such as NC (named component) -> SMMU -> ITS
mappings.
the iort_node_get_id() function was created for step (1) above and
iort_node_map_rid() for step (2).
Create a wrapper, named iort_node_map_platform_id(), that encompasses
the two steps at once to retrieve the dev id to provide steps (1)-(2)
functionality.
iort_node_map_platform_id() will handle the parent type so type handling
in iort_node_get_id() is duplicated, remove it and update current
iort_node_get_id() users to move them over to iort_node_map_platform_id().

iort_node_map_rid() was designed to take an input id (that is not
necessarily a PCI requester id) and map it to an output id (eg an SMMU
streamid or an ITS deviceid) according to the mappings provided by an
IORT node mapping entries. This means that the iort_node_map_rid() input
id is not always a PCI requester id as its name, parameters and local
variables suggest, which is misleading.
Apply the s/rid/id substitution to the iort_node_map_rid() mapping
function and its users to make sure its intended usage is clearer.

ACPI_DEBUG_PRINT is a bit fragile in acpi/numa.c, the first thing
is that component ACPI_NUMA(0x80000000) is not described in the
Documentation/acpi/debug.txt, and even not defined in the struct
acpi_dlayer acpi_debug_layers which we can not dynamically enable/disable
it with /sys/modules/acpi/parameters/debug_layer. another thing
is that ACPI_DEBUG_OUTPUT is controlled by ACPICA which not coordinate
well with ACPI drivers.
Replace ACPI_DEBUG_PRINT() with pr_debug() in this patch as pr_debug
will do the same thing for debug purpose and it can make the code much
cleaner, also remove the related code which not needed anymore if

It is normal that firmware presents GICC entry or entries (processors)
with disabled flag in ACPI MADT, taking a system of 16 cpus for example,
ACPI firmware may present 8 ebabled first with another 8 cpus disabled
in MADT, the disabled cpus can be hot-added later.
Firmware may also present more cpus than the hardware actually has, but
disabled the unused ones, and easily enable it when the hardware has such
cpus to make the firmware code scalable.
So that's not an error for disabled cpus in MADT, we can switch pr_err()
to pr_debug() to make the boot a little quieter by default.
Since hwid for disabled cpus often are invalid, and we check invalid hwid
first in the code, for use case that hot add cpus later will be filtered
out and will not be counted in possible cups, so move this check before
the hwid one to prepare the code to count for disabeld cpus when cpu
hot-plug is introduced.

ACPI 5.1 only has two explicit methods to boot up SMP, PSCI and

make CONFIG_ACPI depend CONFIG_PCI on ARM64 will satisfy both.
With that case, we need some arch dependent PCI functions to

pci_acpi_scan_root() to create the PCI root bus. So introduce
some stub function here to make ACPI core compile and revisit
