This patch fixed the inconsistent max1111 sysfs interface as pointed
out by Jean Delvare:
It was pointed to me that the max1111 driver doesn't implement the
standard sysfs interface for hwmon drivers (as described in
Documentation/hwmon/sysfs-interface). It exports files adc[0-3]_in,
which
aren't part of the standard interface. Presumably these should be
renamed to in[0-3]_input. Renaming them is probably not sufficient
though, as I see no scaling done in the driver. As the MAX1111 chip has
a documented full scale of 2.048V, I take it that the LSB of the ADC
has a weight of 8 mV. Exporting raw register values to user-space is
not OK.

confusion in the mach-types database. Make it consistent by renaming
to GPLUGD.

saarb uses pxa3xx_map_io and pxa3xx_handle_irq, which are part
of the pxa3xx code. This makes sure the necessary header and
implementation is used when building the board file.

This fixes the failure to register the IRQ_RTCAlrm alarm as a wakeup
event. It is misinterpreted as a gpio irq not a PWER bitmask. Fixed
this by converting the incorrect IRQ_TO_IRQ() to a correct version of
irq_to_gpio().

Normally different ARM platform has different way to decode the IRQ
hardware status and demultiplex to the corresponding IRQ handler.
This is highly optimized by macro irq_handler in entry-armv.S, and
each machine defines their own macro to decode the IRQ number.
However, this prevents multiple machine classes to be built into a
single kernel.
By allowing each machine to specify thier own handler, and making
function pointer 'handle_arch_irq' to point to it at run time, this
can be solved. And introduce CONFIG_MULTI_IRQ_HANDLER to allow both
solutions to work.
Comparing with the highly optimized macro of irq_handler, the new
function must be written with care not to lose too much performance.
And the IPI stuff on SMP is expected to move to the provided arch
IRQ handler as well.
The assembly code to invoke handle_arch_irq is optimized by Russell
King.

With a correct dev->dma_mask before calling dmabounce_register_dev(),
dma_needs_bounce() is not necessary.
The sa1111, though, is a bit complicated. Until it's fully understood
and fixed, dma_needs_bounce() for sa1111 is kept if CONFIG_SA1111 is
enabled with no side effect (with the condition of machine_is_*)

thus remove those unnecessary call to msecs_to_jiffies() at runtime for

them being used simultaneously when supporting multiple PXA SoCs, esp.

The change from SSCR0_SerClkDiv(2) to SSCR0_SCR(2), will make the result
a little bit different in pxa2xx_spi_probe(), however, since that's only
used as a default initialization value, it's acceptable.
