iwm_wdev_alloc() returns an ERR_PTR on failure and not null. It also
prints its own dev_err() message so I removed that as well.

There were 2 places that returned directly instead of releasing their
locks. I sent a fix for this file earlier but ended up missing these
spots. I think what happened is that I have improved my checker script
since then... Or maybe I just screwed up.

We should unlock &inode->i_mutex on the error path. This bug was
in ext2_quota_write(). I sent a patch to them today as well.

tty_ldisc_deref() should only be called when tty_ldisc_ref() succeeds
otherwise it triggers a BUG(). There's already a function
tty_ldisc_flush() that flushes properly.
