Micron N25Q128 has two types of flash:
- One is for 1.8v supply voltage, prefixed with "n25q128a11" and the jedec
code is 0x20bb18.
- Another is for 3v supply voltage, prefixed with "n25q128a13" and the jedec
code is 0x20ba18.
So modify the original type info and add another type for Micron N25Q128.

According to "events/ftrace/user_stack/format", fix the output of
user stack.

According to "events/ftrace/kernel_stack/format", output format of
kernel stack should use "=>" instead of "<=".
The second problem is that we shouldn't skip the first entry in the stack,
although it seems to be duplicated when used in the "function" tracer,
but events also use it. If we skip the first one, we will drop the topmost
entry of the stack.
The last problem is that if the last entry is ULONG_MAX(0xffffffff), we should
drop it, otherwise it will print a NULL name line.

The last entry in the stack_dump_trace is ULONG_MAX, which is not
a valid entry, but max_stack_trace.nr_entries has accounted for it.
So when printing the header, we should decrease it by one.
Before fix, print as following, for example:
Depth Size Location (53 entries) <--- should be 52
----- ---- --------
0) 3264 108 update_wall_time+0x4d5/0x9a0
...
51) 80 80 syscall_call+0x7/0xb
^^^
it's correct.

Impact: extend documentation with notice of using wild cards correctly
We know that we can use wild cards to set set_ftrace_filter, but there's
problem when using them naively such as:
echo h* > /debug/tracing/set_ftrace_filter
If there are files named with "h" prefix in current directory,
echo "h*" will echo these filenames to set_ftrace_filter, not the
intended "h*".
For example:
$ cat /debug/tracing/available_filter_functions |grep ^hr |wc -l
23
$ ls
$ touch hraa hrdd
$ ls
hraa hrdd
$ echo hr* > /debug/tracing/set_ftrace_filter
$ cat /debug/tracing/set_ftrace_filter
No output in /debug/tracing/set_ftrace_filter!
If we use '' to escape wild cards, it works:
$ ls
hraa hrdd
$ echo "hr*" > /debug/tracing/set_ftrace_filter
$ cat /debug/tracing/set_ftrace_filter |wc -l
23
This problem can lead to unexpected result if current directory has a
lot of files.

Impact: make output of available_filter_functions complete
phenomenon:
The first value of dyn_ftrace_total_info is not equal with
`cat available_filter_functions | wc -l`, but they should be equal.
root cause:
When printing functions with seq_printf in t_show, if the read buffer
is just overflowed by current function record, then this function
won't be printed to user space through read buffer, it will
just be dropped. So we can't see this function printing.
So, every time the last function to fill the read buffer, if overflowed,
will be dropped.
This also applies to set_ftrace_filter if set_ftrace_filter has
more bytes than read buffer.
fix:
Through checking return value of seq_printf, if less than 0, we know
this function doesn't be printed. Then we decrease position to force
this function to be printed next time, in next read buffer.
Another little fix is to show correct allocating pages count.

Because it has goto out before ftrace_list == &ftrace_list_end,
that's to say, we never meet this condition.
