For 64bit systems we want to use the same binder interface for 32bit and
64bit processes. Thus the size and the layout of the structures passed
between the kernel and the userspace has to be the same for both 32 and
64bit processes.
This change replaces all the uses of void* and size_t with
binder_uintptr_t and binder_size_t. These are then typedefed to specific
sizes depending on the use of the interface, as follows:
* __u32 - on legacy 32bit only userspace
* __u64 - on mixed 32/64bit userspace where all processes use the same
interface.
This change also increments the BINDER_CURRENT_PROTOCOL_VERSION to 8 and
hooks the compat_ioctl entry for the mixed 32/64bit Android userspace.
This patch also provides a CONFIG_ANDROID_BINDER_IPC_32BIT option for
compatability, which if set which enables the old protocol, setting
BINDER_CURRENT_PROTOCOL_VERSION to 7, on 32 bit systems.
Please note that all 64bit kernels will use the 64bit Binder ABI.

Framebuffer support for the Goldfish emulator. This takes the Google
emulator and applies the x86 cleanups as well as moving the blank
methods to the usual Linux place and dropping the Android early suspend
logic (for now at least, that can be looked at as Android and upstream
converge). Dropped various oddities like setting MTRRs on a virtual
frame buffer emulation...
With the drivers so far you can now boot a Linux initrd and have fun.

When an epoll_event, that has the EPOLLWAKEUP flag set, is ready, a
wakeup_source will be active to prevent suspend. This can be used to
handle wakeup events from a driver that support poll, e.g. input, if
that driver wakes up the waitqueue passed to epoll before allowing
suspend.

binder_update_page_range could read freed memory if the vma of the
selected process was freed right before the check that the vma
belongs to the mm struct it just locked.
If the vm_mm pointer in that freed vma struct had also been rewritten
with a value that matched the locked mm struct, then the code would
proceed and possibly modify the freed vma.

Opening the binder driver and sharing the file returned with
other processes (e.g. by calling fork) can crash the kernel.
Prevent these crashes with the following changes:
- Add a mutex to protect against two processes mmapping the
same binder_proc.
- After locking mmap_sem, check that the vma we want to access
(still) points to the same mm_struct.
- Use proc->tsk instead of current to get the files struct since
this is where we get the rlimit from.

The current code checks if abs(delta_delta.tv_sec) is greater or
equal to two before it discards the old delta value, but this can
trigger at close to -1 seconds since -1.000000001 seconds is stored
as tv_sec -2 and tv_nsec 999999999 in a normalized timespec.
rtc_resume had an early return check if the rtc value had not changed
since rtc_suspend. This effectivly stops time for the duration of the
short sleep. Check if sleep_time is positive after all the adjustments
have been applied instead since this allows the old_system adjustment
in rtc_suspend to have an effect even for short sleep cycles.

This fixes a problem where the first pageblock got marked MIGRATE_RESERVE
even though it only had a few free pages. eg, On current ARM port, The
kernel starts at offset 0x8000 to leave room for boot parameters, and the
memory is freed later.
This in turn caused no contiguous memory to be reserved and frequent
kswapd wakeups that emptied the caches to get more contiguous memory.
Unfortunatelly, ARM needs order-2 allocation for pgd (see
arm/mm/pgd.c#pgd_alloc()). Therefore the issue is not minor nor easy
avoidable.

This fixes a race where a thread acquires the console while the
console is suspended, and the console is resumed before this
thread releases it. In this case, the secondary console
semaphore would be left locked, and the primary semaphore would
be released twice. This in turn would cause the console switch
on suspend or resume to hang forever.
Note that suspend_console does not actually lock the console
for clients that use acquire_console_sem, it only locks it for
clients that use try_acquire_console_sem. If we change
suspend_console to fully lock the console, then the kernel
may deadlock on suspend. One client of try_acquire_console_sem
is acquire_console_semaphore_for_printk, which uses it to
prevent printk from using the console while it is suspended.
