ASoC: Intel: sof_sdw: use PRODUCT_FAMILY for Fatcat series

PRODUCT_NAME is machine-specific. Use PRODUCT_FAMILY to ensure
the machine quirk is applied with consistent audio configurations
across Fatcat series products.
