Riccardo Magliocchetti cf67363164 core: prefer strncpy over strcpy in emperor 
Coverity reports a possible buffer overrun which is not possible
at the momento because the only caller of uwsgi_emperor_blacklist_add
use another fixed buffer of the same size as te one we are writing
to. Still better safe than sorry. Reported as CID #971078.

Riccardo Magliocchetti 838bdd27a6 core: check return of getgroups() 
When we pass 0 as size to getgroups() the number of additional
groups is return. If it returns error or 0 don't even try to
poke for additional groups.
