build-sys: "link" libsystemd-id128.so with libsystemd-label

Fixed build on debian wheezy:
./.libs/libudev.so: undefined reference to `cg_create'

Appears to have no influence on the resulting binaries and
libraries. Cf. b5fafdf63f.
