Tests for verifying a system with a full disk
When verifying a system, if downloading the files fail because of disk space, swupd should not re-attempt to download the files since it will fail again for sure. This commit adds tests that verify this behavior. Signed-off-by: Castulo Martinez <castulo.martinez@intel.com>
