[Pal/Linux] _DkSystemTimeQuery() returns REALTIME instead of MONOTONIC now
_DkSystemTimeQuery() should return real time (CLOCK_REALTIME). The previously used CLOCK_MONOTONIC returns time elapsed from an unspecified starting point and is thus incorrect to use for system time.
