Patrick McCarty	9b81676c6f	The `make diff` command should ignore untracked content If a package repo contains only untracked content, `make diff` prints output for it in this form: Uncommitted changes in: packages/FOO 0 files changed Avoid this type of output by more carefully detecting local package repo changes that will actually produce a diffstat.
