- Enable tap-to-click by default
- Enable two-finger scrolling on the touchpad
- Fix broken right-click on touchpads by enabling "area" emulation
The touchpad click emulation ensures left, middle and right click work on
laptops with a merged touchpad surface and buttons, which has been broken
in recent GNOME versions without this gsetting tweak.

Use a similar solution to one I used in the past for other branding
default packages and have meson pipe cat automatically with the
input schemas, avoiding mkdtemp and bash scripts that may fail in
restricted build environments.

clearlinux default when lid is closed is to "ignore", this is not
optimal for the desktop use case, where we would prefer to "suspend"

With these changes we add sane file management defaults, such as smaller
desktop/folder icons, sorting directories before files, and enabling the
context menu option to delete a file/folder permanently, bypassing the
trash mechanism.

With this change, we'll enable the User Theme GNOME Shell extension by
default, and have it default to the Arc Dark styling, to provide desktop
consistency.

In order to attain easy maintenance and control over the default appearance,
behaviour, and function, of the GNOME components, we add gschema overrides
which will control all of these aspects.
When the glib-compile-schemas unit is run, these overrides become the
default GSettings, without requiring any patches in the upstream packages.
Due to the file lengths now incorporated, we must switch to a more modern
format of tarball to ensure distcheck continues to function as expected.

Clear Linux now uses a $(datadir)/lightdm/users.conf file in the absence of
the admin-provided /etc/lightdm/users.conf, in line with the stateless
implementation of the system.
In using the users.conf implementation for the user-list element of LightDM,
we can avoid an unnecessary dependency on AccountsService simply for list
filtering.
