William Douglas f123935135 Add original file to the filemap

The original file being missing from the filemap makes it hard to know
what all the files in the optimized-elf directory actually correspond
to. This change allows better validation and tracking to happen in
case there are issues in either the content creation or deployment
side of the operation.
