Ciao certs
We've got a snippet of stale information around adding certificates to a system, and could use some actionable info here to help users get their certs fully configured.
See merge request !82
We removed a section on adding certificates to your browser, yet we do need
info on adding a certificate to the system CA trust. But this varies with
each linux distribution. It's complicated and authoritative information on
the topic is out there in web, so give minimal information to help a
reasonable system administrator on their way.

This commit removes the --network option that was specified on the various
ciao-launcher example command lines in the previous version of this
document. --network is no longer needed as the role of a given launcher
instance is now determined from its SSNTP certificate.
The instructions for resetting compute and network nodes have been updated.
The --hard-reset option for launcher makes the other steps unnecessary.

A new image is rsyncing to https://download.clearlinux.org/demos/ciao/
and the documentation needs to reference it. To prevent the need for
these changes repeatedly in the future, we'll soon have things set up
to consume automagically whatever is the latest image.

Fix command to create clearlinux bootable USB sticks
It was pointed out that our ``dd`` command to create live usb for clearlinux should not have the ``BS=`` parameter.
This merge request remove the BS=4M parameter from our ``dd`` command.
See merge request !76
This example removes the `bs=4M` part of the dd command using also
a newer installer image (clear-9130-installer.img.xz)

as pointed out on IRC:
<arjan> bs= on the dd command line will cause dd to not write the last partial
<arjan> block if the file you're writing isn't a multiple of the size
