create new user `ciao` instead of `admin`
creating `admin` user instruction will fail due to user `admin` is created on the keystone bootstrap process.
We will create a ciao user instead with admin privileges.

use self-explanatory user/password for the keystone setup
Remove the ``csr`` user, replacing it with a more self-documenting user.
Change passwords to easier-to-understand passwords, avoid duplication
of the very same password for accounts which may confuse the user.

- Use same passwords for the openstack users created to be consistent with the examples provided by the ansible deployment.

A "demo" project is needed for the rest of the demostration commands shown.
Something/somebody was pre-creating this automagically in our dev
environment internally, but it needs done manually normally and that needs
documented.

needing updated.

ClearLinux has simplified their mechanism for CA trust. This nicely
trims a lot of complexity from our ciao documentation.

The unique thing here versus the upstream documentation is we're describing
a cluster setup where the image, once created, needs to land in a very
specific location.

An upstream page has the maintained/preferred workflow for setting up a
CNCI. Rather than trying to maintain a duplicate of this, lets minimally
describe what's needed and refer to the upstream documentation point.
