Kuldeep Singh 72655b254b configs: ls1028a: Unset CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_SPANSION ...

There is no Spansion flash on LS1028A-RDB/QDS boards.
Unset CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_SPANSION option for both the boards.
