Ashish SHUKLAandDariqq f30a25c63c gnu: rsync: Update to 3.4.4 [security-fixes].
Followup to 898e7917c9 .

This update includes fixes for CVE-2026-29518, CVE-2026-43617,
CVE-2026-43618, CVE-2026-43619, CVE-2026-43620, CVE-2026-45232.

* gnu/packages/rsync.scm (rsync): Update to 3.4.3.
[native-inputs]: Add python-minimal.
