* m4/stdnoreturn.m4 (gl_STDNORETURN_H): On Cygwin, use gnulib's <stdnoreturn.h> replacement. * lib/stdnoreturn.in.h (noreturn): Treat Cygwin like MSVC. * doc/posix-headers/stdnoreturn.texi: Mention the Cygwin problem.
