In commit
c72c6f26ed ("package/python-tpm2-pytss:
new package"), when the package was introduced, a dependency of a
package being selected was not properly propagated:
BR2_PACKAGE_PYTHON_CRYPTOGRAPHY depends on
BR2_PACKAGE_HOST_RUSTC_TARGET_ARCH_SUPPORTS, so we should replicate
this dependency.
