The company name was changed from "benetti-engineering-sas" to "benetti-engineering"
to be agnostic to the company legal form. Update all GitHub and LinkedIn links
accordingly.

As Benetti Engineering I keep contributing since 8 years more or less on
many packages and I've learnt a lot by joining this community. Most of all
I've received precious reviews from maintainers of today and yesterday.
Also, finally I've found some time to create my company logo and so let's
add Benetti Engineering to commercial support using LinkedIn page as
placeholder until the final website will be ready.

This didn't work out as planned, neither the restriction of muting
unregistered users, nor the exception for matrix users worked as planned.
The channel mode has been reverted to +R (meaning only registered users
are allowed to join) and an exception for *that* has been introduced for
matrix users via +e. The channel modes are documented in [1].

Our Bugzilla is so slow and unstable that it has become
unusable. Let's switch to using the Gitlab issue tracker instead.
There are still lots of references to the Bugzilla bug tracker in our
News page at https://buildroot.org/news.html, but these are for older
news.

The #buildroot IRC channel recently changed from only allowing
registered users to join to allowing anyone to join but only allowing
registered users to talk in the channel. This still avoids the spam
problem on IRC while allowing an exception for users bridged from
matrix.org. These already have a username registered on the matrix side
and thus similar properties as a registered IRC user/nick.
The commands to set these options were:
* Set +q on all unregistered nicks: ~/mode #buildroot +q $~a~ this lets
people join but they can't talk
* Set exempt on matrix hosts: ~/mode #buildroot +e $x:matrix.org~

Due to the recent events at Frenode [0], the channel has become a bit
unreliable (much spammed), and users have started to move away already,
as quite a few other projects have moved their IRC presence away from
Freenode.
There are a few alternatives. The first to spring to mind, is the new
Libera.Chat network [1], managed by the previous Freenode staff, so we
could expect quite a good experience there. However, it is a very young
network. The second well known alternative is the long-established OFTC,
which has been very reliable in its 20 years of existence.
So, let's move to OFTC, just because it has a track-record of robustness
(which Libera.Chat still has to build, for being young).
Note: there are a lot of other IRC networks, some very good too, but we
probably would be much off-topic on most of them.

This patch introduces a new buildroot website based on a modern flat
layout inspired by material design.
Each page of the old website is converted to the new css/layout, the
big bump is in main page which is completely rewritten. Content of
the old website is copied more or less verbatim, planning to add more
content in the future.

Now that the automated scripts that deply our website have been updated,
really move the website to its final location.
We still keep a symlink for the images, as they are used both for the
website, and for the manual.
