The recent changes in freeswitch following the removal of OpenCV 3.x
in commit
a6db6af9ff ("package/freeswitch: remove
optional dependency to opencv3") caused some invalid dependencies.
Indeed, the new logic selects BR2_PACKAGE_OPENCV4_LIB_OBJDETECT as
soon as BR2_PACKAGE_OPENCV4 is enabled, without worrying about the
dependencies of BR2_PACKAGE_OPENCV4_LIB_OBJDETECT.
This causes the following Kconfig warning:

Since freeswitch as no visible sub-options to select extra features
and we wanted to keep it this way, we introduce a hidden sub-option
that informs freeswitch.mk whether OpenCV 4 support is usable. It
makes it easier to express the dependencies that are needed for this
OpenCV 4 to be usable.

OpenCV3 is unmaintained and will be removed from buildroot.
Select needed OpenCV4 modules in Config.in and adjust freeswitch.mk.

When glibc was bumped to version 2.39 in commit
b5680f53d6 it removed the deprecated
libcrypt support.
As glibc's libcrypt was providing freeswitch's libcrypt dependency this
broke the freeswitch build using glibc version 2.39.
To fix this select the libxcrypt dependency to freeswitch when using a
glibc toolchain and add the dependency if selected.

opencv 2.x has seen no release since July 2018 and all buildroot
packages are already compatible with opencv3 so drop it to ease the
addition of opencv4 which is not fully backward compatible with opencv3
as "a lot of C API from OpenCV 1.x has been removed.":

Upstream removed spandsp and sofia-sip from source and now uses external
packages, removed patch 0001 which fixed a bug in the internal sofia-sip
code, removed insecure md5 and sha1 hashes.

Commit 006a328ad6 ("util-linux: fix build with ncurses") removed
dependency on BR2_USE_WCHAR, but failed to update the reverse
dependencies of util-linux.
This commit updates comments in Config.in for BR2_USE_WCHAR for reverse
dependencies of util-linux which directly uses wchar now or when it is
pulled from other dependencies.
eudev doesn't use wchar directly, but needs C99 compiler. Autotools
generate code with wchar_t for checking C99 compiler.
