Move the content referring to the LTS information from the 'support' page
into a dedicated page.
Also add LTS specific information about the sponsoring and the benefits.
This page also contains clarification on the release cycle of the LTS.

Include sponsoring the Buildroot Association, sponsoring in kind, and
sponsoring Buildroot LTS (through Mind).
This may create a somewhat muddled image so we may need to revisit in
the future how this is formulated.

Our Bugzilla is so slow and unstable that it has become
unusable. Let's switch to using the Gitlab issue tracker instead.
There are still lots of references to the Bugzilla bug tracker in our
News page at https://buildroot.org/news.html, but these are for older
news.

This patch introduces a new buildroot website based on a modern flat
layout inspired by material design.
Each page of the old website is converted to the new css/layout, the
big bump is in main page which is completely rewritten. Content of
the old website is copied more or less verbatim, planning to add more
content in the future.

Now that the automated scripts that deply our website have been updated,
really move the website to its final location.
We still keep a symlink for the images, as they are used both for the
website, and for the manual.
