The os-core bundle is not always listed as an explicit include, despite being an implicit one. Always add the os-core bundle to the set of included bundles. Add a --bundles flag to only report the list of included bundles instead of the package names. Signed-off-by: Matthew Johnson <matthew.johnson@intel.com>
