Mario Alfredo Carrillo Arevalo f3c053f782 Update documentation about bundle-[add|list] sub-commands

The option [-l, --list] is no longer part of "bundle-add"
sub-command, now this option has been taken by "bundle-list"
sub-command using a new name [-a, --all], this information
is updated in swupd man page and markdown file.

Notes on manual pages

The manual pages are generated using ronn(1). To recreate them, run make manpages in the toplevel folder. If you want to edit the documentation for upstream changes, make sure to edit the *.md files and not the shipped nroff output files.
