bundle-info currently shows the installation status of a bundle, but this one is restricted to "installed" or "not installed", it doesn't show if a bundle was explicitly or implicitly installed. This commit adds this information to the installation status during a bundle-info. Signed-off-by: Castulo Martinez <castulo.martinez@intel.com>
