Eugene Yakubovich 025c967762 rkt: remove --spawn-metadata-svc option from run cmd 
Also remove --no-idle from metadata-service since it
is no longer required. It was really only useful with
--spawn-metadata-svc but also racy.

Fixes #724

- Update README to include contributing/contact sections
- Split out appc description into its own document
- Split out stages description into architecture document (will soon be
  in need of more updates)
- Standardise on "Rocket" instead of "rocket"
- Add godoc link
