Ikey Doherty 4c68fcc7d7 Update copyright ranges to be correct 
Previous copyright assignment was to myself but the range doesn't account
for the project WIPs and lifetime, so retroactively fit them to the right
year range (project duration). Now set ongoing copyright for future and
current changes.

Ikey Doherty 665caee634 Document the effects of LD_AUDIT with unpatched glibc versions 
This goes some way to satisfy the concerns of issue #15 so that everyone
knows where they stand, how to mitigate this **now**, and what we intend
to do about this in future.
