Patrick McCarty fe52e8f1e1 Refresh user-setup script from latest 
The latest user-setup script from https://github.com/clearlinux/common
incorporates the local change in this repo to not clone package repos by
default.

Additionally, some new command line options are available, a mock config
is not installed by /etc by default, and it is updated for the recent
repo reorganization: all configuration files from the common repo are
stored in the conf/ directory now.
