Ikey Doherty 025b8181a0 Add cstrlen for cve_string, convenience replacement for strlen 
Note that this will assert, as opposed to strlen which will attempt to
read a pointer, regardless of validity. The use of strlen itself is not
permitted within cve-check-tool, so we attempt to make the cve_string
functionality as usable as possible.
