Mark D Horn 003d1b54bd scripts: Disable autoUpdate 
For the developer images we want to disable autoUpdate for the ISO
images.  DevOps always add the version= option which disables
autoUpdate automatically.

Mark D Horn 797b7d99f8 scripts: Fix configuration files 
Pull back updates release in DevOps back to development.

The new developer-live-*.yaml files will be the basis of
the future live-*.yaml files.
