The developer image installs the local code over the released
clr-installer bundle. This leaves the old desktop icon for
the TUI. Manually remove for now; it won't be present in the
production release.

For the developer images we want to disable autoUpdate for the ISO
images. DevOps always add the version= option which disables
autoUpdate automatically.

Add the NetworkManager and gparted to YAML for now
There should be added to the clr-installer-gui bundle
at release time.

Pull back updates release in DevOps back to development.
The new developer-live-*.yaml files will be the basis of
the future live-*.yaml files.
