Only copy the swupd configuration files from the host to the target
by default when running the interactive installer (gui or tui).
Otherwise, observe the setting from the configuration YAML or the
command line (highest) argument.

Optionally included bundles (also-add) can now be omitted from the
install target by passing the --swupd-skip-optional flag or by setting
the swupdSkipOptional field in the config file.

Add new --allow-insecure-http flag to support the use of HTTP URLs.
This is needed to allow swupd to download content from http sites;
generally development mixes.
Also enable the use of the setting in both the TUI and GUI to allow
the user to set a swupd mirror which is HTTP.

When creating installer images with offline support, installation
content for a minimum set of bundles will be downloaded to the
/var/lib/clr-installer/offline-content directory inside the installer
image. The offline-content directory will be used instead of the network
to install bundles when it exists.
To generate images with offline support, the --offline command line
argument or the offline config file field can be set.

The targetBundles field in the config file specifies the minimum set of
bundles that the installer image's installer will install to the target
media. To achieve this functionality, a config file is generated and
inserted into the installer image at /var/lib/clr-installer.yaml. This
config file contains the list of bundles specified by targetBundles and
a minimum set of entries based on the config file used to generate the
installer image (keyboard, language, timezone, kernel).

Use a new feature from telem-record-gen where the telemetry record is
generated independently of telempost daemon. This change allows to
simplify the code to interact with telemetry.

The kernel-arguments example is missing a pair of quotes for the remove
field-- without the quotes, two removal entries are added to
cmdline-removal.d on installation: "console=ttyS0" and "115200n8".
The quotes ensure that a single cmdline-removal.d entry,
"console=ttyS0,115200n8", is generated at installation time on the
target.

The developer image installs the local code over the released
clr-installer bundle. This leaves the old desktop icon for
the TUI. Manually remove for now; it won't be present in the
production release.

For the developer images we want to disable autoUpdate for the ISO
images. DevOps always add the version= option which disables
autoUpdate automatically.

as any mounted media is excluded from possible install targets.

Add a message printed on boot that gives basic information and
instructions to login as root and run clr-installer to install onto this
sytem.
Also change $PS1 on the installer image after logged in to
indicate we're booted into a live image.
Remove clr-installer.service from the Makefile and remove all the
toggling on or off from the yaml files.

Added the suggested bundles from Bun, and added the correct flag to
enable iso builds by default.
Currently, llvm is too large (due to 32-bit libraries being included) to
fit into the 8GB filesystem specified in this yaml. This is a confirmed
issue and should be resolved.

This GUI has been implemented in GTK+ and is very much a work in
progress. So far, we have a number of initial pages implemented:
- Disk Configuration
- Bundles
- Keyboard
- Language
- Timezone
- Telemetry
Note, some of the pages are quite ugly and basic and will need
some improvements. Additionally, the disk config page is currently
very crude, only supporting automatic installation mode.
Additionally, the use of pkexec will ignore environmental variables
for the proxy, thus, proxy support is a bust in the GUI installer.
Some OS-level work is expected to resolve this magically anyway.
There are some ugly hardcoded elements, such as relying on a system
wallpaper file for CSS, and the cooked-in CSS vs an on-disk .css file
that designers can edit and tweak locally. Note that error handling
is incredibly immature right now, resulting in a panic. Realistically
we need to show a "success" or "failure" page within a stack on the
install page to let the user know what happened, and offer the choice
of a reboot.
As a final note, the UX is still not rock solid, and will need
a design-develop feedback loop to improve. This commit represents
my initial handoff for others to jump in and vastly improve the
GUI.

Pull Request #236 introduced a bug where local network interfaces
are always copied to the target media.
This PR correct this by only copying when copyNetwork is set to
true; this is enabled in the UI when the users changes a network
interface (for static).

When using the --root option with systemctl, libsystemd for the systemd
in the chroot will be resolved on the host. In cases where the systemd
in the chroot is a different version from the systemd on the host, this
will result in a library not found error. Need to chroot when eanbling
clr-installer service to avoid this problem.

not being set and hence neither is GOCACHE which is required
for golang 1.12 and beyond.
