Fixes Issue: #261
Pull Request #236 introduced a bug where local network interfaces
are always copied to the target media.
This PR correct this by only copying when copyNetwork is set to
true; this is enabled in the UI when the users changes a network
interface (for static).

When using the --root option with systemctl, libsystemd for the systemd
in the chroot will be resolved on the host. In cases where the systemd
in the chroot is a different version from the systemd on the host, this
will result in a library not found error. Need to chroot when eanbling
clr-installer service to avoid this problem.

Even though we are running as a login shell, the HOME is
not being set and hence neither is GOCACHE which is required
for golang 1.12 and beyond.

Ensure high level of debug logging enabled for developers.
Also view console output on starndard tty to get rescue shell
during boot fails.

We're always offering users the desktop-autostart bundle when we
want to offer a desktop experience, this patch makes sure we keep
it consistent with this approach.

make install target, so we don't need it anymore.

The live-desktop has a custom set of default bundles, this patch
makes sure we install the proper default settings on post install
script.

This live-desktop os a full bloated desktop live image. It comes
with gnome, with autologin enabled also installs clr-installer and
set it as one of the favorite apps.

With Clear Linux OS release 25xxx the new clr-installer bundle
is available which has all of the requirements for the new
Clear Linux OS Installer.

This patch sets the systemd-boot's timeout to 5 so the user may have
the opportunity to change the kernel arguments.

Create a custom image configuration file with a post-install hook
to "self install" clr-installer into the target system.
If installing clr-installer to an actual block device (i.e usb stick)
tweak the block-devices entries.

Ensure both the main code and test clean up after themselves.
Testing for changes in the /tmp directory done in the Makefile
to ensure the testing is done outside of the code itself.
