updated telempostd description, kept at high level, will provide more detail in other documentation. Also changed |CL| to |CL-ATTR| for first instance.
- Removed quotes on terms, italicized first use of new term
- Removed multiple, redundant reference to full CLOSIA text, in favor of shorter, more readable 'Clear Linux'
- Minor edits to Bundles section, to make non-user type specific
- Added heading to mixer tool paragraph, link to concept page (so sections mirror order of intro paragraph, clarify topic as separate from Update speed section)
- Remove commands to enable/disable (we don't focus on this level of detail anywhere else in this page - it is about the concepts and links to details where needed)

- Removed intro paragraph heading to be more consistent with layout of other concept pages
