Michael Vincerra 12e17d7883 Applies Sphinx syntax and branding edits: 
- Revises headers to follow convention per collab guidelines
- Revises CL in accordance with new branding
- Removes `$` for CLI prompts and corrects code-blocks to bash

Simental Magana, Marcos 00cd5de43d clear-linux/turorials/flatpak: update tutorial 
This commit updates the Flatpak tutorial to make use
of the gnome-software application and keep the command
line setup as well.

LibreOffice flatpak repository changed to Flathub.
This commit  updates the instructions to install it
as documented in https://www.libreoffice.org/download/flatpak/

Alex Jaramillo 941501f262 Fix for document inconsistencies 
* Changed directory name for mixer workspace where the workspace is given
a path and further in the document the workspace path different, this
leads to an error when using correct procedure specified in document.
This change uses the same directory path.

* Fix for a typo where the correct default value for a configuration
file name is incorrect and when copying value from document will lead to
errors when following proper procedure specified in document.
