Michael Vincerra e6bce3b1e0 Incorporates program-generated list of bundles and packages: 
- This uses automated result of bundle_lister.py, not yet integrated
- Naive UTC time and date stamp used; going forward it replaces prose.
- Constitutes most recent update from clr-bundles as of 7 Nov. 2018.
