Michael Vincerra 9b0ff80def Adds nginx web-server to show how to host mixer updates. 
- Simplifies and combines two mix workflows at start
- Fixes Sphinx syntax
- Replaces incorrect link to web server in section CONTENTURL, VERSIONURL
