Alberto Murillo 395f39d441 docker: Add docker_service variable
ClearLinux uses docker-cor.service file by default when running
in baremetal (ClearContainers).

docker_service defaults to docker.service for fedora, ubuntu and
clearlinux with no /dev/kvm support.
