Peng Fan 7b20f70b0b imx9: trdc: correct DEBUG usage ...

Replace '#if DEBUG' with '#ifdef DEBUG', otherwise '#define DEBUG 1'
should be used and conflict with '#define DEBUG' in include/log.h
