Rename the variable and add ENV_ prefix, so that all configuration
options which are related to environment would have an CONFIG_ENV_
prefix. No functional change.

While NFS is widely used in data centres, and private
networks it's quite a nuanced usecase for device firmware.
A lot of devices already disable it.
Various network protocols should really be opt in, not opt
out, because they add extra size and are potential attack
vectors from a security PoV. In the NFS case it doesn't
really make sense for a lot of devices like tables, SBCs etc.
It's also something we don't really want for SystemReady-IR
due to security concerns.

When using a list of writeable variables, the initial values come from
the built-in default environment since commit 5ab8105836
("env: Complete generic support for writable list"). Remove unnecessary
misuse of the env is nowhere driver as default environment.

as Tom suggested get rid of CFG_EXTRA_ENV_SETTINGS and
enable CONFIG_ENV_SOURCE_FILE and use text file
board/socrates/socrates.env
which contains the default environment. While at it,
cleanup the default Environment.

setup MTD partitioning through mtdparts variable
and set it to:
mtdparts=fe0000000.nor:13312k(system1),13312k(system2),5120k(data),128k(env),128k(env-red),768k(u-boot)
and pass this to linux per kernel commandline.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN
To do this, we set a default of 0 for everyone because there are a
number of cases where we define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN but the only
impact is that we set TOTAL_MALLOC_LEN to be CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_LEN +
CONFIG_ENV_SIZE, so we must continue to allow all boards to set this
value. Update the SPL code to use 200 KB as the default raw U-Boot size
directly, if we don't have a real CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN value.

The current name is inconsistent with SPL which uses CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE
and this makes it imposible to use CONFIG_VAL().
Rename it to resolve this problem.

When migrating SYS_IMMR, I didn't allow for boards to provide
non-default values here. This lead to an incorrect migration on the
platforms where CONFIG_SYS_IMMR is set to CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR and
CONFIG_SYS_CSSRBAR is NOT the same as CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT. Add
text to the prompt so that non-default values can be used and re-migrate
the platforms that have CONFIG_SYS_IMMR=CONFIG_SYS_CSSRBAR where
CONFIG_SYS_CSSRBAR != CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT.
