CFG_SYS_SPI_* are used in falcon boot to specify the offsets and size of
the respective payloads. This patch moves them to Kconfig keeping the
values consistent for each of the affected boards.

Saved environments cause inconsistencies leading to conflicts
with the default environment that U-boot should update during
development. Remove the previously saved environment so that
the default environment is always loaded.

The common EMIF init code used for DRA7xx does not explicitly fill
the gd->bd->bi_dram entries (like OMAP3 does), so there is no reason
to set an explicit number of DRAM banks which doesn't correspond to
anything in particular.
Remove the CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS option from the concerned defconfigs.
The dram_init_banksize default implementation will be fine with the
default value for the config option.

The init stack pointer was defined to the same value in each DRA7xx
board defconfig. Move the common definition to the Kconfig option
declaration instead.

Switch PHY_ANEG_TIMEOUT to CONFIG_PHY_ANEG_TIMEOUT Kconfig symbol.
This removes one more configuration headers option finalizes its

As part of this, rework error handling in boot/bootm.c so that we pass
the buffer size to handle_decomp_error as CONFIG_SYS_BOOTM_LEN will not
be available to host tools but we do know the size that we passed to
malloc().

- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
- Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack
pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation.
- On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not
set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them.
- On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation.
- CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most
board config header files.

based on current usage.
- Convert CONFIG_SYS_I2C_EEPROM_ADDR, CONFIG_SYS_I2C_EEPROM_ADDR_LEN,
CONFIG_SYS_I2C_EEPROM_BUS, CONFIG_CONFIG_SYS_EEPROM_SIZE
CONFIG_SYS_EEPROM_PAGE_WRITE_BITS and CONFIG_SYS_EEPROM_PAGE_WRITE_DELAY_MS
to Kconfig. We move these symbols around a bit and add appropriate
dependencies to them. In some cases, we now add a correct default value

At present we use the empty string to indicate that there is no FIT
generator, but this doesn't allow an individual board to undefine it.
Create a separate bool instead.
Update the config of the boards which currently have an empty string.
