Adrian Bunk 87ae9afdca cleanup asm/scatterlist.h includes ...

Not architecture specific code should not #include <asm/scatterlist.h>.

This patch therefore either replaces them with
#include <linux/scatterlist.h> or simply removes them if they were
unused.
