af7a4ff86f i2c: nuvoton: remove standard mode only 
first version is only support standard mode.
remove this judgment to support standard/fast/fast plus  mode.

d7b8fa1a6c i2c: nuvoton: renamed the NPCM i2c driver 
The Makefile name is npcm_i2c but the driver is npcm-i2c.
