The am33xx_spl_board_init function was introduced as a way to add
board-specific SPL init for AM33xx devices since the spl_board_init
function was already used for SoC-specific init.
Now that the SoC-specific SPL init was moved to spl_soc_init, we can
use spl_board_init for this purpose and get rid of
am33xx_spl_board_init.
Rename the function in board files and enable the related config
option for concerned boards.

The init stack pointer was defined to the same value in each AM33xx
board defconfig. Move the common definition to the Kconfig option
declaration instead.

The AM33xx chiliboard and guardian boards use a slightly different
init stack pointer address compared to other AM33xx boards, for no
particular reason.
Align the address with other AM33xx boards prior to removing it as a
per-board option in a later commit.

Contrary to what the help message says, this is the number of pages per
block. Calculate it automatically based on SYS_NAND_BLOCK_SIZE and
SYS_NAND_PAGE_SIZE. To better reflect its semantics, rename it to
SYS_NAND_BLOCK_PAGES.

- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
- Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack
pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation.
- On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not
set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them.
- On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation.
- CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most
board config header files.

Up till now the CONFIG_POWER_TPS65217 has been defined in several header
files for am335x SoC.
This patch renames it to CONFIG_PMIC_TPS65217, which better reflects the
role of this IC circuit.
Moreover, new CONFIG_PMIC_TPS65217 has been introduced in Kconfig
to be used with boards, which both support DM_PMIC and DM_I2C.

First, we convert CONFIG_SYS_I2C_LEGACY to Kconfig. Next, as you cannot
have SYS_I2C_LEGACY and DM_I2C at the same time, introduce
CONFIG_SPL_SYS_I2C_LEGACY so that we can enable the legacy option only
in SPL. Finally, for some PowerPC cases we also need
CONFIG_TPL_SYS_I2C_LEGACY support. Convert all of the existing users to
one or more symbols.

MTD support must be enabled when using mtdparts. Indeed, functions
like get_mtd_info(), get_mtd_device() and put_mtd_device() are in
drivers/mtd/mtd_uboot.c and are built only with CONFIG_MTD.

Both symbols must be enabled when there is a raw NAND driver
selected. Also enable them when CONFIG_CMD_NAND is selected to avoid
breaking things when we'll further rework the MTD dependency
description.
