Allows run-time control over watchdog auto-start and the timeout via
setting the environment variable watchdog_timeout_ms. A value of zero
means "do not start". Use CONFIG_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT_MSECS as initial value.
Users can enable the watchdog to monitor the boot process until userspace
or OS takes over to serve the watchdog.

Commit 86acdce2ba ("common: add config for board_init() call")
introduced CONFIG_BOARD_INIT option. This option can be disabled for the
boards where board_init() function is not needed. Remove empty
board_init() calls for all boards where it's possible, and disable
CONFIG_BOARD_INIT in all related defconfigs.
This cleanup was made semi-automatically using these scripts: [1].
No functional change, but the binary size for the modified boards is
reduced a bit.

Use ENV_MMC_DEVICE_INDEX to clarify this is the SD/MMC device
index, a number, as enumerated by U-Boot. Update the help text

SPL_TEXT_BASE is used as the load address for the main domain SPL on k3
platforms.
Since the config value is the same for every board, this patch sets the
value 0x80080000 as default for all 64-bit ARCH_K3, 0x43c00000 as
default for the R5 cores and deletes the instances of SPL_TEXT_BASE in
individual defconfigs.

This enables the 'rproc' command, allowing users to
start, stop, and manage co-processors as well as load firmware
images.
Useful for systems with auxiliary cores, such as M4 or R5 cores
in the AM64x soc.

Enable ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH to read the environment from the SPI
flash when booting from it. The oftree, kernel and ramdisk sizes
are located in this environment and therefore required to boot
an initramfs.

Enable ENV_OVERWRITE to allow environment variables to be
overwritten within the board code. This is required to add
MAC addresses during SOM detection.
Additionally, set ENV_IS_NOWHERE for boot sources other than MMC.

The phyBOARD-Electra does not include a PCA953x I2C GPIO multiplexer.
Remove this configuration as it is a remnant from another
defconfig, and enable CONFIG_DA8XX_GPIO for the DA8XX DaVinci GPIO
controller instead.

This patch stack extends the phyCORE-AM62x/AM64x U-Boot by following boot

- Load a Linux and initramfs from OSPI/QSPI NOR flash

Moreover, it adds required changes to the environment to boot an A/B
system with RAUC and includes some minor fixes.
The phyCORE-AM64x board code sets an environment variable 'boot'
with the device U-Boot booted from. Use this variable in
CONFIG_BOOTCOMMAND to boot Linux from the same boot device by
default.

Make the raw-mode options depend on SPL_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE in a more
direct way. This makes it easier to understand the options with
'make menuconfig'.
There are three different ways of specifying the offset:
- sector offset
- partition number
- partition type
So make these a choice, so it is more obvious what is going on.
Update existing boards to enable SPL_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE where needed.

The phycore-am64x can be migrated to OF_UPSTREAM.
Drop redundant device tree files, update MAINTAINERS and
defconfig's DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE for ti vendor prefix accordingly.
While at it, drop the redundant definitions of AM642_PHYBOARD_ELECTRA_DTB
& SPL_AM642_PHYBOARD_ELECTRA_DTB from the binman dtsi file.
