When CONFIG_BOOTMETH_ANDROID is set, enable Android boot flow support.
To build for AM62Px for Android, we can re-use
the am62x_a53_android.config fragment when building A53 bootloaders:
$ make am62px_evm_a53_defconfig
$ make am62x_a53_android.config
$ make

stdboot and legacy boot depend on fdtfile. Since findfdt is getting
deprecated, move the rest of k3 platforms dependent on findfdt to
ti_set_fdt_env.
Populate fdtfile by calling ti_set_fdt_env in board files.

Define the firmware components updatable via EFI capsule update, including
defining capsule GUIDs for the various firmware components for the AM62px
SK.
