Rename the variable and add ENV_ prefix, so that all configuration
options which are related to environment would have an CONFIG_ENV_
prefix. No functional change.
Use ENV_MMC_DEVICE_INDEX to clarify this is the SD/MMC device
index, a number, as enumerated by U-Boot. Update the help text
accordingly.

The Gateworks Flexible Socket Adapters adapt common
busses such as SDIO/UART/USB/PCI to various connectors
such as M.2 B-Key, M.2 E-Key, M.2 M-Key, and MiniPCIe.
Each FSA has an EEPROM onboard describing its details as well as an
optional port-expander for configurable GPIO's.
Add support for identifying the FSA's and configuring their
details such as user description and GPIO's:
- enable pca953x, pca954x and eeprom support for communicating
with the I2C eeprom and gpio port expander on the FSA
- add FSA detection support
- add FSA gpio configuration support
Each FSA is identified in the device-tree by an alias to it's I2C
bus where an eeprom@54 node must exist as well as an gpio@20 node
for an io-expander. These nodes must be enabled so that
they can be probed to determine if they are actually present in
the system. If not present or not enabled the gpio expander can
not be used. This also requires livetree as the gpio expander
node if not present must be disabled.

At present there is a hex value SPL_STACK which both determines whether
SPL has its own initial stack and the hex value of that stack.
Split off the former into SPL_HAVE_INIT_STACK with SPL_STACK depending
on that and only providing the latter.

Make the raw-mode options depend on SPL_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE in a more
direct way. This makes it easier to understand the options with
'make menuconfig'.
There are three different ways of specifying the offset:
- sector offset
- partition number
- partition type
So make these a choice, so it is more obvious what is going on.
Update existing boards to enable SPL_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE where needed.

Enable support for TPM2 devices. As the ATTPM20P TPM2 used on the
Gateworks Venice boards hangs off the SPI bus we enable SPI support
as well.

Move to imx8m{m,n,p}-venice to OF_UPSTREAM:
- replace the non-upstream generic imx8m{m,n,p}-venice dt with one of the
dt's from the OF_LIST
- handle the fact that dtbs now have a 'freescale/' prefix
- imply OF_UPSTREAM
- remove rudundant files from arch/arm/dts leaving only the
*-u-boot.dtsi files

In order to enable HAB, FSL_CAAM, ARCH_MISC_INIT and
SPL_CRYPTO should be enabled in Kconfig like other i.MX8M
boards.
This also needs to occur in the SPL so enable CONFIG_SPL_BOARD_INIT and
add a void spl_board_init function which calls arch_misc_init to probe
the CAAM driver.

To allow U-Boot to fit within emmc boot partitions move the env from
just under 16MiB to just under 4MiB as some emmc devices used on venice
boards have 4MiB boot partitions. This still leaves plenty of room for
U-Boot.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN
To do this, we set a default of 0 for everyone because there are a
number of cases where we define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN but the only
impact is that we set TOTAL_MALLOC_LEN to be CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_LEN +
CONFIG_ENV_SIZE, so we must continue to allow all boards to set this
value. Update the SPL code to use 200 KB as the default raw U-Boot size
directly, if we don't have a real CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN value.

The current name is inconsistent with SPL which uses CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE
and this makes it imposible to use CONFIG_VAL().

When booting from USB/SDP mmc_get_env_dev() returns
CONFIG_SYS_MMC_ENV_DEV as the MMC env device (while booting from MMC
will call board_mmc_get_env_dev() to get this). Configure
CONFIG_SYS_MMC_ENV_DEV for SDHC3 (devno=2) as all Gateworks Venice
boards use SDHC3 as eMMC so that persistent env works when booting from
USB/SDP.

commit 970bf8603b ("Convert CONFIG_USE_BOOTCOMMAND et al to Kconfig")
had an unintended side effect of resulting in a bootcmd env var change
for boards like venice that did not have CONFIG_USE_BOOTCOMMAND defined
and relied on it being defaulted in include/config_distro_bootcmd.h.
Following that patch it instead got defaulted in tools/env/fw_env_private.h
Fix this by enabling CONFIG_USE_BOOTCOMMAND for venice.
